I find building lots on and off market across the Southeast Beltline corridor. Teardowns, vacant lots, assemblage opportunities. I know what's available before it's listed.
Zoning and entitlements
R3, R4, R5, MR. I know the zoning districts in these neighborhoods and what you can build on each parcel. I'll flag issues before you're under contract, not after.
Market positioning
I advise on what buyers want in each neighborhood. Finish levels, floor plans, price points. What sells in Reynoldstown is different from what sells in Peoplestown. I know the difference.
Sales and marketing
From presale strategy to final closings, I market new construction to qualified buyers and move inventory. Relentless follow-through on every lead.
